Slick Plate Carrier
A low-profile carrier with a front and a back plate pocket and nothing else. Empty, it stops nothing: it is only as good as the plates you put in it. Soft inserts go behind the plates. Wear it in your Armor slot (right-click, Wear). Plates go in by dragging them onto the vest in your Clothing section, or with Use.
