Improvised Charcoal Filter
Crushed charcoal packed between layers of cloth in a tin can with a 40 mm neck. It catches some smoke and dust, and no gas at all. It also cleans water. Drag it onto the mask you wear in the Clothing section, or Use it. Swapping one means holding your breath.
