Polyethylene Plate (III)
A light UHMWPE plate, about a third the weight of steel. Level III stops lead-core rifle rounds, but steel-cored ones like 5.56 M855 and 7.62x54R go straight through it. Drag it onto your vest in the Clothing section, or Use it to slide it into the first pocket that fits.
