Improvised Steel Plate
A plate cut out of mild steel sheet and bent to the chest. It carries no rating: it stops handgun rounds, rifle rounds go through it, and bare steel throws fragments up into your neck and arms. Heavy. It fits any carrier's plate pocket or the patrol vest's. Drag it onto your vest in the Clothing section, or Use it to slide it into the first pocket that fits.
