Soft Armor Insert (IIIA)
An aramid panel that sits behind a plate. It adds a little to the plate, softens the blow when the plate stops a round, and covers the belly the plate doesn't reach. Drag it onto your vest in the Clothing section, or Use it to slide it into the first pocket that fits.
