Patrol Vest (IIIA)
An outer carrier of the kind patrol officers wore over the uniform, with Level IIIA panels wrapped round the ribs. It stops every handgun round up to .44 Magnum. Its front pocket takes a rifle plate, which the panel then backs. Wear it in your Armor slot (right-click, Wear). Plates go in by dragging them onto the vest in your Clothing section, or with Use.
