Staff help and reports

If something breaks, you get stuck in the world, or another player is cheating or harassing you, tell staff from the pause menu: Report a problem.

• Pick what kind of problem it is and, if it's about someone, choose them from the survivors near you.
• Describe what happened, where and when. The more detail, the faster staff can help.
• Your position and a screenshot are attached for you, and staff are alerted straight away.
• Your recent reports and the staff's replies show on the same page.

There are no chat commands for this or anything else. Everything goes through the menus.
