Support

Report a bug, report a player, or appeal a ban. Sending from the site isn't open yet: fill in a form and it lays the ticket out for you, then open a private ticket in #help-desk on the Discord and paste it in. Only you and the team can see it.

Bugs are private, so an exploit never lands in public. If something helps you that shouldn't, tell us here and don't use it.

Where it goes

A private ticket opens in #help-desk on the Discord. Only you and staff can see it, and you can add clips and reply there.
Bugs and player reports are flagged in the staff report queue, where someone claims them, looks into it and marks them resolved.
Appeals go to the appeal queue with your record attached, for the admins to decide.
You hear back in the same ticket, so link your Discord before you write.

Staff work through them in order. Please don't open a second ticket for the same thing.

In the middle of it?

In the game, press Escape and choose Report. Name a survivor nearby and say what happened in a few words. Your position and a screenshot go to staff with it, and you can read their reply on the same page.

Read the server rules. Check #known-issues on the Discord: if your bug is listed, we're already on it.
